What Causes Fever, Appetite Loss, Sore Throat, Vomiting And A Palate Sore?

yeah my five year old daughter, has 102.0 temp., loss in appetite, sore throat,chills and vomited once today. she also has a sore on the roof of her mouth, but not sure it that has anything to do with the way she is feeling. see has no front teeth and i think the sore is from chewing hard foods in that area the is no color to the sore. Don t really know if i should bring her to the er or just wait and see.

You should consult your clinician and get checked... As symptoms are suggestive of acute pharngitis or tonsilitis
