What Causes Fever, Body Ache And Lack Of Appetite With Sore Stomach In Children?

hi, my 5 year old daughter had a fever last night, with aching body and lack of appetite. She has responded well to advil as her temp has gone down and stayed down but she is complaining of a sore tummy and things like the tv being too loud. do i need to get he rmedical help?

Yes. Symptoms are suggestive of gastrointestinal tract infection of bacterial origin.She will respond to oral antibiotic very fast.So medical help is needed.Don't give her bread and chocolates
