What Causes Fever, Chills And Fatigue Along With Chest Pain?

Last night I got a fever really bad and started having cold chills. I was super fatigued and I had a really tight chest pain for awhile. I just woke up and my chest pain is so bad that I can t sleep and I can t lay still. I took medicine last night so it hasn t helped at all.

You are having sudden onset of chest pain along with fever

It can be respiratory infective condition or any cardiac problem

Your work up done as follow...
_CBC
_chest x ray
_Auscultation
_EKG
_if EKG shows ischemic changes than cardiac troponin estimation done

According to cause specific treatment given

If bronchitis like infective condition present than antibiotic given

Take care
