What Causes Fever, Diarrhea And Vomiting?

Hello, I m writing about my 13 year old daughter. She has been home from school since Wed. She is still not feeling well. Here are her symptoms: fever, fatigue, diharrea, coughing, stomach pain, some vomiting, no appetite, I m trying to get her to eat but she has no appetite at all. I m trying to get her to drink as much as possible but she doesn t want to because it makes her feel like vomiting.

Dear, From your symptoms it looks like that your daughter is suffering from Acute Gastro Entritis...which is quite common as it is since wednesday.., Hydration status is now important..you need to hospitalized her as she now require parentral antibiotics and fluids..
You should take her to hospital..
