What Causes Fever, Dizziness And White Spots On The Throat?

My 7 year old daughter has a fever and white spots on her throat. My three year old had strep throat this week so we are assuming it s the same thing. However, my daughter says her neck is sore and when she stood up to go to the bathroom she felt dizzy. Is the dizziness a normal symptom of strep throat?

Understand your concern
Yes fever, dizziness and white spots on the throat are symptoms of sterptococcus throat.
Following are the symptoms of strep throat
Sore throat, white patches on throat, difficulty in swallowing, swollen lymph node in neck, fever and skin rashes.

Advice:
Antibiotics: Amoxiclav
Tablet Dan-P
Tablet prednisolone if severe
Drink plenty of warm water
Use humidifier
Gargling with warm salted water
Do not go school till you get better
Tablet strepsils
Do betadine gargle 3-4 time/day.
Complete rest
complete the full treatment
