What Causes Fever In The Evenings?
My daughter has run a fever about every evening for about 6 days now.The doc said Friday probably just a virus.Throat culture was neg for strep.Should I get her recheccked because running a fever this long?Is this normal with a virus and is it dangerous to her?

hi,
you can have a viral fever for a week. if your daughter is otherwise well then I would not be overly concerned although I would treat the fever with Advil and Tylenol. if it continues or your daughter feels unwell in other ways then I would return to your doctor.
