What Causes Fever, Sore Throat, Body Ache And Cough?

hi... im 23 yrs old... my ESR is 51mm/hr..... n hb 11% pus cells and epithelial cell are 1-2/hpf.. im suffering from fever,sore throat.bodyache,headache,cough....i hav taken tab.azee,tab zocef...but still no change.. can u plzzz suggest me wats wrong??? wats the diagnosis n treatment??? plzzz thanx

hello, thanks for your query, it looks like viral fever. take paracetamol 500mg three times daily for 2 days, it's self limiting , it takes times to resolve. in case of persistent fever you need to do blood tests and urine tests to know other causes for fever. hope I have answeed your query. all the best. take care.
