Hi, My Daugher was suffering high fever suddenly 4days ago , 2 times vomiting and 1 time diarrhea , we gave her tylenol every 5 hrs. Consulting urgent care Dr said she suffers stomach virus and asked us to continue Tylenol and make sure to drink a lot of water/juice contents to avoid dehydration. We additionally also gave Azithral 200 , 5 ml oral suspension one time each day ( as we brought it from India from previous similar fever consulting experience). As of yesterday, the 3 day course is finished (mid of the course, the fever gone and she became normal) . But from 2nd day of the course, she says , feels like burning sensation while urinating and the sensation goes away afterwards. Is it the side effect of Azithral 200 ? She is taking regular food, being active. Will this burning sensation go away in few days ? Kindly advice. Thanks.
