What Causes Fever, Weakness And Shivering?

Gender - Male
Problem - Slight Fever From last 25 days .
now a days feeling weakness & shivering & eating only 1 bread of one fruit.
Before 25 days ago his diet is like young man. Please advised me what can we do. He is also observation of Dr. of Mekahara Raipur.

Hi,
It seems he might be having some bacterial infection in his body and requires evaluation of his case.
Go for,
1, complete blood check up like TC, DC, ESR.
2, Routine urine and microscopic.
3, X-ray chest.
4, Ultra sound abdomen for prostate and kidneys.
Consult your doctor, after all reports he will go for treatment accordingly.
Give him light diet.
Ok and take care.
