What Causes Fever With Diarrhea & Constipation?

hey, i've been feeling sick all the time. if i dont then i have no appetite. i always come close to throwing up but i dont. i have lost 3.5 kg in 4 days. i have spent 2 days without eating and another two eating a little but as soon as go to sleep i feel sick again. today i have diarrhoea even though im usually constipated and i've been having gases and burping. can you please tell me whats wrong? and i just turned 18.

Well come to HCM
The given symptoms may suggestive of stomach infection and my opinion this need to be treated with Tab Secnidazole single dose pack of two tab with Tab Omeprazole 40 mg once in day, with Domperidone 30 mg once in day for three weeks, hope this information helps (Comment :-stomach can easily get infection because of water and junk food and care must be taken)
