General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

I read carefully your query and understand your concern.

The symptoms of your daughter seem to be related to a viral infection.

The orange urine can be related to dehydration.

I suggest to use anti inflammatory medications such as Acetaminophen for the fever.

I also recommend to give her liquids to prevent dehydration.

Hope my answer was helpful.

If you have further queries feel free to contact me again.

Kind regards!
