What Causes Flank Pain And Blood In Urine?

Hi,

I am 19 year old caucasin female, 68inches, 161 lbs. In the last two years I have gotten sick often and think there has to be a conncetion between some of it. I am a college student from poverty level familys so I don't really have insuracne to get testing done.

In Nov 2009 (1.5 years ago) I got pneumonia, Jan 2010, an appendicitis, diagnosed with March 2010 H. pylori. In June I went to Arizona and California I did not tan at all. I went for a walk with a Caribbean, African and Native American Friend. They all got much darker but I didn't even though I didn't use sunscreen. July 2010, bad sinus infection, concussion (injury caused). Aug stomach virus? In Sept blood work was done and I was extremely Vit D deficient. So started taking Vit D and a Multi Vit. In Sept they diagnosed me with a kidney infection

Since November 2010, I have had colitis. There is pretty regularly blood in my stool which is normal texture. There is colon and abdominal pain associated with this. After an excretion it is worse. Especially during my periods the pain seems to be worse. I am often naseua or at least lack an appetite.

I am not anemic, C. Diff, parasites and an inflammatory blood test were negative. They suggested I tried going gluten free but it didnt seem to help

Since February Ive been getting chills, night sweats and occasionally fevers.

In March I fainted. We were talking about phlebotomy but Ive always found blood intersting. The next few days I know my bp was low like 95/60.

In april I started having heart palpations. My resting heart rate would range 120-58 but typically 100+. My bp range anywhere 144/103 to 120/56 to 112/82. My ekg look fine

The beginning of May my urine would be sometimes a burnt color but then an hour later it may be clear or sometimes it would be a greenish color. I typically drink 2 L of water per day. my eating habits havent changed. Three weeks later, I started getting intermediate flank pain. There was blood in the urine but everything else was fine. The doctors are assuming I have kidney stones.

I am waiting to hear from a free/probono specialist to have a colonoscopy done to hopefully determine the colitis source. But ive been waiting since march.

If you could think of anything that might possibly help me figure out what the heck is wrong with me I would be grateful.

Thanks have a great day!
