What Causes Flatulence During Urination?

Why do I sometimes fart when I pee? Is it because of how the PCmucsles (amoung others) are arranged, so that if it relaxes on the urethral end the naus also relaxes? This has come up on another board where a dude is all bent out of shape because someone passed gas at the urinal, and the rest of us are saying, um, it happens, but i would lik to back up my theory with fact.
