What Causes Flatulence With Mucus, Rectal Bleeding And Regular Bowel Movements?

For the past couple months I have noticed when I use the rest room I will flatulate and mucus comes out, but no stool. Recently I have been noticing blood in that mucus, and still no stool. I have regular bowl movements, but the flatulence with mucus is every time I go. What could this be?
