Hi I m 23 years old. 5 2 and severely overweight. My menstrual cycle is very irregular. My endocrinologist stated it s due to my tumor in my pituitary gland. Lately I have noticed when I use the bathroom and white I have huge amounts skin when I wipe also when I take a shower. The skin also is in my urine and I have been having a odor. What could this be?

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

I think you may be having a yeast vaginal infection because of the white discharge you are having from the vagina while whipping. You may need to do a vaginal smear to check for it. Taking Clotrimazole cream is advisable.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr Olgeta Xhufka, General & Family Physician
