What Causes Fluctuating Blood Sugar Levels?

i had my sugar level fluctuqting...low to high sometimes... mostly low these days it is high...why is that fluctuation happening. when it goes high i take zoryl to being it down and then do not ...but also i take sugar in coffee etc... afraid to take continuous medications since they lead to othe problems like kidney failure etc

Hello,

I don't think this has something to do with kidney failure but most probably with the pancreas.
I think you should get checked for diabetes doing glucose levels fasting and postprandial and HbA1c.
Also, you need to keep a low sugar index diet and increase exercises.
