Hi,I am Dr. Shanthi.E (General & Family Physician). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
i had my sugar level fluctuqting...low to high sometimes... mostly low these days it is high...why is that fluctuation happening. when it goes high i take zoryl to being it down and then do not ...but also i take sugar in coffee etc... afraid to take continuous medications since they lead to othe problems like kidney failure etc
I don't think this has something to do with kidney failure but most probably with the pancreas. I think you should get checked for diabetes doing glucose levels fasting and postprandial and HbA1c. Also, you need to keep a low sugar index diet and increase exercises.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards,
Dr. Olgeta Xhufka, General & Family Physician
