What Causes Fluid Filled In The Groin With Watery Stools?

Dear sir, iam 29 years male, unmarried, Iam feeling like some fluid filled in my right side area of groin, and some liquid movement there no pain, small light bulging and discomfort and urine examination is clear there is no infection in urine, and i have watery stools and feels like emptyed that area after stools, no pain and light fever and light numbness of hands and and light headache and light back pain near kidney some times.
