What Causes Fluid In The Abdomen After A Hernia Repair Surgery?

Hello looking at my labs its my wbc is 11.7
Neut ct 7.0
mch 32.3
mpv 12.4
I just had a hernia repair surgery two weeks ago and was told two night ago at the er I have fluid in my abdomen

The given report could be indicative of infection but it needs to be correlated with the clinical symptom, it is the routine blood test reports what ever the values are given here may be normal one if it is not being correlated with clinical condition, further work up is required if fluid is there in abdomen cavity.
