Hello,

Possible causes for fluid retention is anemia, cardiac or renal failure or hypoproteinemia etc. Please get it done serum creatinine, hemoglobin status, ECG, echocardiogram and liver function tests.

Difficult to swallowing is may be due to lower esophagitis, or achalasia cardia or acid reflux, etc. Use tablet Pantoprazole before breakfast for one week. If symptoms not improved, please consult your doctor, he will examine and treat you accordingly.
