What Causes Flushing On Face And Upper Arm In 20 Months Old?
I have contact with a 20 month, male toddler. He has a flushed facial and upper (outside) arm symptoms. These areas are hot to touch. No known allergens. He has had clear runny nose for three days and went on a hiking trip last weekend. Not sunburned.

Hi.... by what you thought I'd seen that the kid should be having an allergy of some sort. The Other possibility is a viral infection associated with rash on the face and hands. This could be contagious or not. I suggest that if you develop fever or any Rash you consult your physician immediately.
