What Causes Fluttering Movement In Abdomen With Delayed Periods?

I have have fluttering movement in my abdomen, period like pains with breast soreness. I am not pregnancy as i am not sexually active. I am 51 years old and had my last period 6 months ago. Prior to that I did not have a period for a year and prior to that a year before. I am too scred to attend a doctor. I feel as though I have cancer i am so scared

Consult a general surgeon and get an ultrasound scan done. Delayed periods is common at this age as you are nearing menopause.
