Eleven days ago I decided to cut back on my eating and try to lose some weight and inches in the waist (I'm 6'1" and was 205 lbs.). At the same time I cut out wheat and cow's milk dairy products to try to reduce congestion in my bronchial tubes. Since I started this, I've noticed a fluttering sensation in my chest quite often, accompanied by the need to burp repeatedly. After the burping is done, it is better for a while. The problem seems to occur, also, after I've had caffeine. Any advice on this?
