What Causes Fluttering Sensation In The Abdomen?

I have an umbilical hernia that I can usually touch and feel the tear. For the past 3 months I have felt pain in my belly button. It has started to stretch and tighten. I feel of my belly button has changed and I feel a tube like structure beneath it. I was nauseous a month ago but that is gone now. I have had my period every month but it is significantly lighter. I have a small pouch and I can only sleep on the left side. I feel movement and fluttering in my stomach but 3 negative pregnancy tests. I now have a hemorrhoid and I pee a little when I cough or laugh hard. Could I be pregnant? I feel pregnant my daughter is 15 so I am not sure I remember correctly. What do you think?
