What Causes Foamy Urination Despite Taking Antibiotics?

I would like to find information about foamy urine. I just finished antibiotics to clear bacteria in my bladder. Bacteria was eliminated but nothing else was changed. I still have the same problem as I had before prior to taking antibiotics. My doctors (urologist and general practitioner could not give me any explanation why I still have this problem.
