Noted the history and understood the concerns.
2 months is a long time to suffer from
vomiting white foamy mucus with acidic taste and also having breathless,
bloating and other symptoms without any diagnosis or treatment.
The most probable cause as per the history you have provided looks to be the following:
Bloating is indicative of an
intestinal obstruction which in turn cause the vomiting. Mucus indicates gastric mucus and acid is the normal content of stomach.
Breathless is due to bloating pushing diaphragm up compressing the lungs and not allowing proper inflation of lungs.
I would advise you the following:
X-ray of abdomen in standing position.
CT scan of abdomen.
Clinical evaluation, examination and further investigations.
Corrective surgery if there is an intestinal obstruction.
Medical management of the associated problems with PPI like
Pantoprazole,
domperidone and management of breathlessness as per the cause found.
