What Causes Food Regurgitation?

Hi i have been ill for three weeks now i throw up all the time before and after food. I am tired all the time even if i have slept 12 hours or more. I have also been suffering from nose bleeds. Every month i get ill and every month i go to the doctors and they diagnose me with something different this has been going on for a year now and i don t know what to do.i have also took a pregnancy test but i came back negative. I hope you can give me answers as i am at the end of my wits and am starting to just give up on doctors all together.

Hi.
Thanks for your query.
Noted the history of sickness every month for a year now, every time the Doctors give different diagnosis. Now sick for 3 weeks, vomiting, weakness in spite of sleeping for 12 hours. Bleeding nose. Pregnancy negative.
Cyclical vomiting as this is called is due to many a factors and I would advise you the following:
Upper GI Endoscopy to see for GERD, lax sphincters, signs of acidity like ulcers or scarification and gastric outlet obstruction.
CT scan of the brain to see for any space occupying lesion- SOL.
CT scan of abdomen to see for any intestinal obstruction, any pathology of gall bladder, pancreas and liver.
Tests of blood for cbc, thyroid, liver and kidney functions; sugar, Coagulation profile.
Tests of urine and stool.
Opinion of a Gynecologist.
Clinical examination by a General Surgeon.
This way one get the diagnosis.
If all the tests are negative,
