What Causes Forgetfulness Along With Insomnia And Weight Loss?

if a 65 year old woman with forgetfulness, loss of weight (unintentional), lack of pleasure, early morning waking, and difficulty sleeping occasionally puts items in the wrong place in her home (for example, she puts her toothbrush in the freezer), would you consider this Alzheimer's, NCD or depression?

Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

At 65, lack of remembering is common for small small things, but if you face tremors, difficult to recognize places or person or altered mental status: means you need to consult your doctor immediately, he will examine and treat you accordingly.

Take care.
