Hello and thank your for asking Healthcaremagic.

The symptoms that you describe correlate with an urinary tract infection.

I suggest to do an urine test to confirm the diagnose and an ultrasound of your urinary tract to check for kidney stones.

Meanwhile here is some advice to help your urinary tract:
-have plenty of water 2-3 l each day
-fresh fruit or vegetables
-urinate always after having sex
-don't hold your urine for long
-1 or 2 cup of chamomile tea or rose tea

If you have any other question, don't hesitate to contact me.
