What Causes Foul Smell In Bowel And Urine With Skin Problem?

My daughter is 15. She has always had unusually foul smelling bm and urine. It is getting worse. We have actually had to leave the house before when she goes. She also has skin problems that I wonder could be connected. She is normal weight and energy level. No blood in stool. Her doctor does not seem to be concerned. What could it be and what steps should we take to get her diagnosed.
