What Causes Foul Smelling Discharge From The Vagina?

Hi I'm 20 years old and I am sexually active. Recently its been unprotected. I was at the doctor a week ago and they did the blood and urine test to check for STDs and it came back negative. The only thing they didn't do was a pelvic exam. Well I've been having a lot of white-yellow creamy discharge, it may have a tiny bit of an odor but not bad. What could be causing this?

Hi
Thank you for asking HCM
I have gone through your query.Your problem is most likely a Yeast infection. But it is better to rule out other conditions like pelvic inflammatory disease by doing a pelvic examination by gynecologist. For yeast infection in my patients i treat with clotrimazole cream or vaginal tab for local application.Clotrimazole cream is availiable in tubes which can be applied internally easily.I also recommend my patients to use intimate wash regularly to normalize vaginal bacterial flora and PH and there by prevent getting further infections.Hope this may help you.
Let me know if you have any further query.
