What Causes Foul Smelling Discharge From Urethra And Incontinence?

Hi, Im a non sexually active 42year old female. Ive been getting a horrible smelly coloured discharge from my urethera. the nurse done a urine test which was negative to infection last year. Ive now found myself running to toilet alot but sometimes its a trickle yet Ive felt desparate. Have had intances of incontenance. There is no pain in passing water. What could this be?
