What Causes Foul Smelling Flatulence And Constant Diarrhea In A Child?

My 23 month old little girl has the worst smelling farts and has had contant diarhoea since birth we did find out when she was almost 1 that she is allergic to dairy which she doesnt have but the smell can clear a room and the poo can also be so acidic it burns her skin which then makes it painful down below for her what can be going on?

your child has lactose intolerance.so dairy products are to be avoided.
constant flatulance indicates some disturbance in digestion process which are led by pancreatic enzymes mostly.many pancreatic enzymes drops are available as medicine if your child takes 5-10 drops a day it will be sufficient for digestion.foul farts will be stopped.
if your child having loose stool frequently you must give her multivitamin+Zn drop 5 drops a day.give her ors sip by sip.probiotic sachets will be helpful if diarrhoea is occurring frequently.
