What Causes Foul Smelling Menstrual Bleeding?
I am a 46 year old woman, very heavy cycles, have a diagnosis of intromysysosis(I completely destroyed the word, sorry, it was explained to me I bleed into the walls of my uterus, my uterus is about 2.5 to 3 times normal size, its hardened...I am paraphrasing) Anyway, I have a new symptom, my menstal blood has a strong offensive odor. Sulfur like. No new meds, no new diets, same brand tampons..my pap was normal.

foul smelling menstural blood...indicative of infection...if its fishy indicates bacterial vaginosis...u need to visit ur gynec..n get treated fr d same.
