What Causes Frequency Of Bowel Movement?

Dear Doctor, daily morning i have to go min 3 times toilet and noon once , motion is watery, If i didnt go some sound will come from colon its very irritating in office, and if i travel far I need to pass so much of Gas. Colonoscopy,scanning,bowl test ,IBS test everything is done, report shows no problem.please help me Doctor.

Hello. There is no specific test for IBS, so you might still have that. The other possibility is an H pylori stomach infection and you need to be screened for that since it can be treated with a course of two types of oral antibiotics. If it's IBS, that can be treated with medications like Bentyl or Levsin
