What Causes Frequent Urination And Pain On The Sides?

mother in law 69 years old frequent urination and pain on right side. treated with antibiotics over a month ago and syptoms never went away. She didn't tell us before but this has been going on for moths. Urine test came back good. Wating for blood work and doctor ordered ultra sound and ct scan. what are the possibilities.
