General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

The symptoms seem to be related to a urinary tract infection.

The pain in the lower back can be related to kidney disease.

I suggest doing a urine test and an abdominal ultrasound for further evaluation.

Meanwhile, I suggest using anti-inflammatory medications such as Ibuprofen to relieve the pain. I also suggest drinking liquids.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Dorina Gurabardhi, General & Family Physician
