What Causes Frequent Blood In The Stool?

A few months ago I went to the doctor due to a small amount of blood in my stool. He said I had a fissure and put me on Benifiber until it cleared up. Recently I began to have blood in my stool again, but this time a substantial amount. Should I go see my doctor again? Could this be something more serious or should I just take Benifiber again until it clears up?

Hello

Thank you for trusting HCM

Dear you have to consult your doctor again why because he will examine and confirm the cause for heavy bleeding. Probably you also have internal Haemorrhoid. Take high fiber diet, regular exercise, avoid alcohol. You can take diltiazem gel for local application.
