What Causes Frequent Bowel Movement With White Mass In The Stool?

Hello. Just as recently as last night, I have noticed something pretty strange in my stool. When I have a bowel movement, it looks as though there is a white mold like substance on it. And also, I feel like I have to make a bowel movement every hour or so. Each time, this substance is on it. This is freaking me out, and I don't know what it is or how to react to it.
