my son who is already 4years old. always passing motion minimum 3 times per day. i.e after eat food 1/2 hour he will pass motion. when he was 1-2 year that time was that problem. again now almost one month same problem.he is too thin and not absorbing his body anything which he eats. his weight is almost 15 kg

hi,i understand your problem.your child's weight is very less according to his age.the problem may be because of some infections so i will suggest you to give syrup-oflox-OZ 10 ML twice daily for five days.if its infection then it will subside and he will start having food.if not then meet any pediatrician.
