What Causes Frequent Bowel Movements And Mucus In Stools?
I have a problem with my stool, sometimes its oily, sometimes it has white mucus in the tip of my stool, at times its like watery the color is brown to dark. And every time I eat a heavy meal I always move my bowel. What seems to be my problem. Pls help me Im really bothered.
Avoid spicy food and alcohol, avoid smoking. Avoid dairy products and caffeinated drinks. Avoid gluten contain food and avoid peanuts.
Use tablet Simethicone twice a day for five days and tablet Normaxin twice a day for five days. If symptoms not improved, please consult your doctor, he/she will examine and treat you accordingly.
