What Causes Frequent Bowel Movements In An Infant?

hi, my 5 months old baby had 5-6 popo every day this month, more 1-2 times than 4 month old before. Checked stool rotine, first time WBC 0-2, 10 days later, today WBC is 3-5. I want to know baby s stool frenqucy is normal or not? WBC is serious or not? His mood is usual as before, no wt lost. Pls help me to answer my questions, thanks a lot!

Hi, thanks for asking. Yes it is normal to pass stool 5 to 6 times a day for a 5 month old baby. 3-5 pus cells in stool is also normal. He is gaining weight normally so you need not worry.
