Hi,I am Dr. Subhankar Chakraborty (Gastroenterologist). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
What Causes Frequent Bowel Movements, Lower Back Pain And Nausea?
Hi, My bowl movements have changed the last couple of months from going to the toilet once a day to going upto 5 to 6 times a day. I can feel nauseas at times and I have pain in my lower back on the right hand side which feels more like a tare or dragging sensation.
The causes are Irritable bowel problems, food Intolerance or stomach infection etcetera. Until examination is done, it is difficult to say what it is.
Avoid spicy food, alcohol, smoking and caffeine drinks. Also, avoid dairy products, and gluten contains food. If symptoms not improved, then please consult your doctor so that he will examine and treat you accordingly.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards, Dr. Penchila Prasad Kandikattu
