What Causes Frequent Bowel Movements With More Blood?

I am a 16 year old female, 5 feet tall, and 120 pounds. I was recently balemic. Now I am taking vitamin and mineral supplaments. For the past week every time I pass stool, there is very little stool, and a lot of blood. It doesn't hurt. Is this a serious problem?
