What Causes Frequent Burping And Vomiting?
My husband has been burping all day with a nasty metalic rotten food smell. He then started experiencing diarhea and then had a huge bout of vomitting and in the middle of that he started sweating really bad and then passed out. I had the same burps about a week ago that ended with some vomitting and diarhea but his seems way worse. What is wrong? I am fine now but he seems awful.

Hello,
It may be due to food poisoning or irritable bowel syndrome or acute gastroenteritis with hypotension or food intolerance etcetera. Drink plenty of ORS liquid as much as possible, Avoid smoking and caffeine drinks. Use tablet oflix ornidazole twice a day for five days. If symptoms not improved, please consult your doctor he will examine and treat you accordingly.
