What Causes Frequent Indigestion With Vomiting Sensation?
what is the cause of my upset stomach? it feels sloshy like i could vomit at any minute but i never do. this has been occuring for over a year and frequents about 5 out of 7 days a week. i experience headaches 3 out of 7 days a week. i have been coughing up more and more mucus recently too. sometimes gaging on it because of the thickness. due to this i have also been experiencing nervousness and anxiety.
Hi. Thanks for your query. Noted the history and understood your concerns. Felling gagging due to which expectoration can be the reason for continuous feeling of vomiting but no actual vomiting. Gastritis and GERD can be also additional reason. The thick sputum can be due to inflamed throat or upper respiratory tract may be due to irritation or chronic infection and needs proper clinical evaluation by an ENT Surgeon and appropriate investigations. Also take a PPI like Omeprazole, antacid and Domperidone. Steam inhalation for thick sputum. Stop smoking and alcohol if you are taking. No oily and spicy food at all. Additional medications as suggested by your Doctors.
