What Causes Frequent Leg Cramps And Joint Pain?

Good evening. I m 46 year old active male. Recently, however I frequently experienced leg cramps and joint pain in my lower extremities. In addition I experience brain fog (like being buzzed from alcohol) along with some hearing difficulties. Yesterday, my feet and ankles began to swell. Last night they were very swallow and I had discomfort from them. Today the swelling is still there and tonight I have a low grade fever. I am insulin intolerant and take meds to assist. I had blood work done last week and my numbers came back fine. Are these connected?
