What Causes Frequent Motion In An Infant While On Rinifol?

Hi..my son is 7 month old.from few days he as having frequent motion sometimes sticky water and sometimes normal, 12-15 times ( little) .dr prescribed rinifol dry syrup 2.5 ml twice a day.bt my son not able to have it, as soon i give him ,he vomit with food he had ate before.n from yesterday night his head is very hot and when i check in thermometer its 98.3.i gave him T-98 0.5ml. Plz suggest y its happening. Is because of teething. dr said its because of digestive problem.

So far as symptoms narrated here, the frequent motion is due to intestine infection. He requires prescription of anti emetic syrup (as ondancetron), GI specific antibiotic as Metronidazole or else as per choice of his pediatrician.
