What Causes Frequent Nausea And Gagging?

Lately, I have been very stressed out. I know my headaches and issues with appetite are common things associated with me being stressed. However, only in the past few weeks I have had increased nausea. I find it very difficult to eat anything for breakfast and at random points throughout the day, I will get hit with nausea and start gagging. A lot of times, smells that didn't used to bother me (i.e. trash or dog poop) will make me so nauseas I have to leave the space. It's very uncommon for me. Any ideas what might be causing it?

Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, nausea have many reasons right from the some diseases to functional problems and all that needs to be differentiated, but the most common is viral infection, hyperacidity, infection of hepatobiliary disease, needs some investigations till then Tab Omeprazole 40 mg with Domperidone 20 mg once in day can be tried, hope this helps.
