What Causes Frequent Nerve Jerks Followed By Unconsciousness For 15 To 20 Seconds?

Hello doctor I am Mohamed. From the past two weeks, I have some problems in my nervous system. I have nerve jerks followed by an unconscious stage for a period of 15 to 20 seconds when I am tensed or concentrated at some issue or deeply thinking about some particular matters. I dont know what it is exactly. Some people around us threating us that this is a type of schizophenia or convulsion. I am experiencing with this trouble more than 10 times a day depends on my mood change. I am very much feared about it. Now-a-days, I am getting pain in my eyes, back side lower head, legs and in my mouth. I seek help from you to know whether this is a schizophenia or something else.
