What Causes Frequent Nose Bleeding And Unexplained Bruises?

Hia, my 7yr old daughter suffers with nosebleeds frequently, but has recently had a few very large unexplained bruises in places that are not typical to get them, eg, one she woke up this morning with is on her stomach about 5 cm long, i am worried, what should i do? thanks.
